Colby and his team were excellent in all the planning and the execution of my sisters SendOff! Planning a funeral is overwhelming especially in the midst of grief, but Colby and his team took care of every detail (big and small) and made sure everything went smoothly. Her service was unique and personal and so many guests commented on how beautiful her service was. We even did a beautiful butterfly release that guests loved. They truly are funerals reimagined and we couldn’t have been happier. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to plan a funeral, do not overlook them. What a gem of a company.
We recently worked with SendOff for my sister Jodi's celebration of life at a beautiful park in Maple Grove, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Colby, our main coordinator, and Kelly, who helped at the service, were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail. The flowers they designed were stunning. They took the weight off our shoulders by handling all the vendor arrangements, coordinating payments, and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
