I was so saddened to hear of Mona’s passing. The first time I met Mona, I was a scrawny 10yr old. Sten and Pam brought me over for one of the O’Donnel’s many epic picnics surrounded by kids of all ages running around. If you guys remember me then, I was a very shy kid. From the instant I saw Mona, she made me feel at home. I will always remember the feelings I had the few times I saw her as an adult. Straight to the point she was but in a way that didn’t put you on the defensive, you just knew she cared. She made me smile, laugh and feel loved. She was a beautiful person. Sending warm thoughts, hugs and healing prayers to all Mona’s tribe❤️
